Service Agreement - Terms and Conditions of RivieraGo

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of chauffeur and concierge services provided by RivieraGo – Private Chauffeur & Concierge Services, operated by Anass Draiouiy. By booking or using RivieraGo services, the Client acknowledges and accepts the following terms and conditions.


1. Definitions

  • “RivieraGo” refers to the company RivieraGo, its affiliates, employees, subcontracted chauffeurs, and partners.

  • “Client” refers to any individual, corporate entity, travel agent, assistant, or third party making a booking with RivieraGo.

  • “Service” refers to any chauffeur-driven transport, concierge assistance, lifestyle management, or other service confirmed with RivieraGo.

  • “Vehicle” means any car, van, SUV, or partner vehicle allocated for the Service.

  • “Chauffeur” means any licensed driver representing RivieraGo or its partners.


2. Booking, Payment & Cancellation

  • Booking Confirmation:

    A booking is considered confirmed only once RivieraGo issues a written confirmation and receives full payment, a deposit, or a valid installment agreement.

  • Payment Terms & Options:

    • Full payment at the time of booking.

    • A 30% deposit, with the balance payable before the start of service.

    • A flexible three-installment payment plan, subject to prior approval.

    • All card payments are processed securely via Stripe and incur a 2.8% processing fee.

  • Refunds & Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before service → Subject to a 5% administrative charge.

    • Cancellations made between 48h and 24h before service → Subject to 50% of the total invoice amount.

    • Cancellations made less than 24h before serviceNon-refundable, as vehicles and chauffeurs are exclusively allocated.

  • Refund Processing:

    Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 30–60 business days, depending on the payment provider.

  • Modifications:

    Clients may request changes with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability and a €50 administrative fee.

  • Special Conditions:

    For long-term vehicle disposals (over 24 hours) and bespoke concierge services, cancellations are strictly non-refundable, as vehicles and staff are reserved exclusively for the client for an extended duration. These conditions are expressly included in the exclusive contract at the time of agreement.


3. Service Guarantee & RivieraGo Commitments

  • RivieraGo guarantees the delivery of all confirmed and fully paid services.

  • If a vehicle becomes unavailable, RivieraGo will provide an equivalent or superior replacement.

  • RivieraGo ensures all chauffeurs are:

    • Licensed in full compliance with French and EU regulations.

    • Professionally trained, discreet, and multilingual where required.

    • Dressed in professional attire at all times.

  • RivieraGo provides 24/7 client assistance for all confirmed services.


4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate booking details, including passenger names, flight/train information, baggage requirements, and exact locations.

  • Clients must notify RivieraGo immediately of any schedule changes.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with chauffeur instructions, seatbelt regulations, and safety standards.

  • Any damage caused to vehicles by the Client or passengers will be charged to the Client.


5. Airport & Waiting Time Policy

  • Airport Arrivals: RivieraGo includes a 60-minute grace period after the actual landing time. Beyond this, waiting charges apply at the vehicle’s hourly rate.

  • Non-Airport Pick-ups: A 15-minute grace period is included. After this, waiting charges apply.

  • Delays & No-Shows: If the Client fails to inform RivieraGo of flight delays or cancellations, the booking may be considered a no-show, with no refund.


6. Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances

RivieraGo shall not be held liable for disruptions caused by:

  • Severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or accidents.

  • Road closures, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

  • Acts of terrorism or other force majeure events.

In such cases:

  • RivieraGo will provide an alternative arrangement where possible.

  • If no replacement service can be offered, refunds will follow the cancellation policy.


7. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

  • Complaints must be submitted in writing to contact@rivierago.fr within 14 days of the service date.

  • RivieraGo will review and respond within 10 business days.

  • Both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before legal action.

  • This Agreement is governed by French law, with jurisdiction in the courts of Nice, France.


8. Insurance & Liability

  • All RivieraGo vehicles are fully insured, including passenger liability.

  • RivieraGo’s liability is limited strictly to the value of the booked service.

  • RivieraGo cannot be held liable for indirect damages such as missed flights, hotel nights, or event tickets.

  • Personal belongings remain the Client’s responsibility at all times.


9. Safety & Conduct

  • RivieraGo reserves the right to refuse service if passengers:

    • Are intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances.

    • Display abusive, threatening, or unsafe behavior.

    • Request chauffeurs to break traffic laws.

  • Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited inside vehicles.

  • Pets may be allowed only with prior approval and must be safely transported.


10. Concierge & Third-Party Services

  • RivieraGo may arrange services such as restaurants, hotels, yachts, events, and helicopters on behalf of the Client.

  • RivieraGo acts solely as an intermediary for third-party services and assumes no liability for their performance.

  • Payments for concierge services may be required in advance and may not be refundable.


11. Privacy & Data Protection

  • RivieraGo complies with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

  • Client data is securely stored and used only for operational purposes.

  • Data will not be shared with third parties except where required for service execution.


12. Amendments

  • RivieraGo reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Updated terms will be published on the official website.

  • Continued use of services implies acceptance of revised terms.
